"Farmer Joe Wants To Buy A Cabin"
Once upon a time there was a farmer named Joe. Joe and Colleen, his wife, wanted to buy a cabin. Joe and Colleen found a cabin in Green Bay. A week before they were going to buy the cabin, Julie, the former owner's sister, Holly, wanted it. Holly said "Before Mom and Dad went into assisted living, they said I could have it and I could do whatever I want to do with it. " Jennifer, Holly's sister, said "You can't turn into a snot when we talk about selling the cabin. You need to be nice and positive. "
"I don't want to sell the cabin!" Holly said crying "I don't want to spend money on court! I don't want to spend the money on mediation! I just remember how much fun I had with Dad when I was little at the cabin. We would do donuts on the lake with the jet ski. " "I understand honey. Do you want to go face to face with Joe and Colleen and say sorry?" Jennifer asked. "I would be honored to. " Holly said.
Holly sat down with Joe and Colleen. "Sorry, I want to keep the cabin. " "That's OK. We got offered my great aunt's cabin. We don't have to go to court which we were dreading. " Joe said. "What a relief! No court! No mediation! Everyone's happy!" "Remember me and Dad would do motor boat motor boat go so slow motor boat motor boat go so fast on the lake?" Holly asked. "That's right. Remember that time we brought Barb and Tim to the cabin with us?
We had that awesome campfire. " "That's right, we had some fun times when we were little. I would be sad if we sold the cabin. I loved all our times at the cabin when we were kids. I would be sad if we sold it too. " Jennifer said. "It was a fun childhood place for me too. Remember that fun kangaroo game we had?" Holly asked. "Yes. " Jennifer said. "Let's just move to the cabin, our happy place. " Holly said. "Yes. "
Jennifer and Holly moved to the cabin. They skipped court which would've costed them a fortune. Joe and Colleen were fine with that because they got offered another cabin. Holly remembered how much fun the cabin when they were little. She pleaded her case to Jennifer. Jennifer agreed that they needed to keep the cabin for themselves. Jennifer was happy that they decided to keep the cabin.
