"Farmer Joe Wants To Buy A Cabin"
Once upon a time there was a farmer named Joe. Joe and Colleen, his wife, wanted to buy a cabin. Joe and Colleen found a cabin in Green Bay. A week before they were going to buy the cabin, Julie, the former owner's sister, Holly, wanted it. Holly said "Before Mom and Dad went into assisted living, they said I could have it and I could do whatever I want to do with it. " Jennifer, Holly's sister, said "You can't turn into a snot when we talk about selling the cabin. You need to be nice and positive. "
"I don't want to sell the cabin!" Holly said crying "I don't want to spend money on court! I don't want to spend the money on mediation! I just remember how much fun I had with Dad when I was little at the cabin. We would do donuts on the lake with the jet ski. " "I understand honey. Jennifer and Holly moved to the cabin. They skipped court which would've costed them a fortune. Joe and Colleen were fine with that because they got offered another cabin. Holly remembered how much fun the cabin when they were little. She pleaded her case to Jennifer. Jennifer agreed that they needed to keep the cabin for themselves. Jennifer was happy that they decided to keep the cabin.
